How to get a MoleMapCD
If you believe you are at-risk for melanoma, ask your doctor to refer you for a MoleMapCD. He or she can submit a referral directly to DigitalDerm through our secure toll-free fax number. Within 48 hours, a patient representative will contact you to set up a scheduling date at one of our convenient imaging studios. Within two weeks of your imaging session, two copies of your MoleMapCD will be sent to your doctor. One is for your doctor to use during office examinations and the other is yours to use at home during your regular Skin Self-Examination (SSE).
If your doctor is not familiar with the MoleMapCD and its practice and patient benefits, print out this page and give it to your doctor. Have them contact DigitalDerm for referral information at our toll-free number, (866) 856-3376. Or, you can find a dermatologist in your area who is currently utilizing the MoleMapCD service.
