- Take Speedway Blvd. to Campbell Avenue (turning North)
- Travel 3 blocks to 1501 North Campbell Avenue
- Turn left into the facility
- Once inside, take the elevator to the 3rd floor
- Go down the central hallway and at the end of it, turn left
- Continue through the double doors and 3404 will be the third door on your left
