I-77 From The North
From I-77 South, take Exit #18 (State Road 277). This road becomes Bull Street. Continue on Bull Street to Taylor Street and turn left. After approximately 1 mile, Taylor Street becomes Forest Drive. Providence Hospital is one block ahead on your left, past the intersection of Two Notch Road.

I-77 From The South
Take I-77 North and follow to Exit #12. Turn left onto Forest Drive. Proceed past Trenholm Road and Beltline Boulevard. Providence Hospital is about 3.75 miles ahead on the right after you pass Middleburg Office Plaza.

I-26 From the South
Traveling on I-26 West toward Spartanburg, exit onto I-77 North and follow to Exit #12. Take a left onto Forest Drive. Proceed past Trenholm Road and Beltline Boulevard. Providence Hospital is on the right.

I-26 From the North
Follow I-26 into Columbia (I-126 becomes Elmwood Avenue). At the 5th stoplight, turn right onto Bull Street. Travel 5 blocks and turn left onto Taylor Street. After approximately 1 mile, Taylor Street becomes Forest Drive. Providence Hospital is one block ahead on your left, past the intersection of Two Notch Road.
