The MoleMapCD contains photographic display software and patient images, and as such, the creation of MoleMapCD images from photographic negatives or digital media does not constitute the provision of any medical service or diagnosis by DigitalDerm, Inc. The MoleMapCD is intended to serve exclusively as an adjunct to regular, periodic, follow-up physical examinations, by a licensed medical practitioner, and provides baseline images of the areas photographed to allow for an assessment of change in those areas imaged. There is no implied Warranty of Merchantibility or Fitness for a Particular Purpose with respect to either the service or the photographs to be provided.
